Accounts put on hold - Fica Documents

FNB put our business account on hold due to FICA documentation required. Not contact was made prior to suspending the account. After about 7 calls to the FNB Business FICA number and sending the documents, the account is still inactive. How are we supposed to operate a business if we cannot access our funds? How can FNB suspend an account without picking up the telephone and contacting the customer? This is totally unacceptable. No notification on the Online platforms, no call, no request for specific documents. It is evident that we are one of MANY companies with the same issue - FNB, is this what you think of small businesses?
