I have called FNB general enquiries to advise me how can I pay my cheque account and my credit card since they are blocked I can even do online transfers.

they cannot assist me because I don't have my phone with the FNB app, that kind of verification so what must I don't have the phone my daughter is using it and not around.

is there no any form of verification can be done , they should be ;
