Accounts incorrectly blocked for ***** with no assistance!!!

How is it possible that an account can be blocked for receiving a possible "********** payment" without confirmation. Surely there are checks that need to be dine before blocking a profile that has 3 bank accounts linked to it. This business has service providers to pay today THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!
