Accounts frozen without even a call from FNB

I opened my accounts with FNB in the beginning of the year. FNB approved everything. Last week I received an email that they need my proof of addess. The mail from the bank stated that I need to reply to the email and attach the required documentation. I did. The mail was undelivered 6 times due to the recipients mailbox being full. In the meantime my accounts was frozen. I uploaded the proof of address via internet banking as well on Saterday and nothing happened. Went to the branch today and the lady told me the won't accept my Cape Union Mart account statement as proof of address. So I don't have access to my money and the proof of address I initially used is now not accepted? Not once did I receive a call from the bank regarding this matter. Deeply regret switching to FNB,
