Accounts closed for 3 months inactivity

I am very unhappy. My kid's accounts have been closed for inactivity even though there were still funds in it. I spoke to different consultants and the only advice so far was that i can go to a branch 200km from me to redeem the funds from their reserve account. I have submitted 1 chat enquiry which was unresolved and 3 written complaints.
