accounts closed but money which was inside not recoverd R25 000 plus

FNB closed both personal and Zero business acount. asked me to give them another account where they will deposit my R25 000 plus amount which was inside the these both accounts. up to this far no one one is giving me an update either by call or email, just to advise when will i recieve my money. my kids have to go back to school, FNB doesnt care about all responsibilities we have as parents.

today i dont know if i will eventually recieve it on not. what type of the bank is this
