Accounts and Loans

Here we go Again!! I cannot deal with this bank. They are really ***********. I asked one of the agents to change the debit order of The loan to main acc but its still linked to savings or which other. Then it goes into Arrears. But I paid it! Then I see all other amounts going off my account with useless descriptions as to what it is. Then someone opens a chat on the app to get in touch and says my acc is in arrears instead of that person looking and seeing that I Rectified the situation and Paid. But its Funny how if FNB Jumps to conclusions that their accounts haven't been paid they quickly Get hold of you. But when Us as clients need their urgent assistance via email ..they take days to Respond. Yet I'm staying waiting for my R259 from the successful dispute since a week or 2 weeks ago. Once I'm done paying my loans and account. I wont hesitate to close my account.
