I just opened an account for my daughter, then realised I opened the wrong account to be linked to my account. I tried to close the account but a message comes up that the account cannot be closed & I need to call in or vist a branch, REALLY? Why do I need to call or visit a branch for an account that is opened for not more then half an hour ago. I need the following account removed from my profile : FNBy transact ***.
