Accounts

In 2016 I opened an account with FNB, as everyone knows they advertised widely that they will help you switch. I had no assistance what so ever regarding this nothing. So I decided to not go over to FNB and account was eventually closed. Now 2019 on and thought there was improvements 3 years down the line. I rep**** Yes to an SMS I received from FNB to switch. When I received a phone call and went through the call it seemed to good to be true as yes it was a smooth process. Then I started receiving mails with my credit card info etc. When I looked at the documentation I realized all the address information stated on all these documents are incorrect and the address information stated I have never heard of. Where on this earth did they just decide that I will now reside at this specific address that they have specified? Honestly 3 years down the line and still having to open an account seems to be a challenge with FNB. How can we help you slogan? Phoned numerous times and spoke to so many people trying to get this fixed. I don't even know if it's worth switching anymore, this promotion from FNB gives you 2000 ZAR for free. I really don't even think 2000 ZAR is worth the headaches.
