Accounted debited for a loan that was settled.

I settled my loan, but was still debited R4000 for the loan. Yesterday i was chatting to a banker. Very useless, took long to respond and finally transfered to loans dpt. I was on the call for an hour only to drop becausw no one picked up. Tthis was all because i wanted to cancel the debit order. Now it has deducted money from my account. Terrible service. Never get help when you need it. But will call yiu daily to sell you products.
