Account wrongfully blocked due to "Suspected *****" without my knowledge

My account has been wrongfully blocked by FNB for "Suspected *****" without my knowledge and without any communication from FNB. I only found out after someone sent me an EFT from FNB and did not reflect. Then after trying to send money from my account to another, it said transaction not permitted on account. After calling FNB today and getting transferred multiple times, I got told my account is blocked due to suspected *****. I have received the name of the ***** analyst but not able to get hold of the person. How can you just block my account without my knowledge and without contacting me? I need this to be resolved ASAP sothat I can access my funds and close my accounts with this bank.
