Account Upgrade Gone Wrong

I have had the nastiest experience after being advised to upgrade from Premier Clients to Private Clients. The agent who did the upgrade mislead me on most of the upgrade. Eventually I requested a downgrade and now my eBucks earn has been messed around and no one at FNB cares what has happened.

I am also chasing around for my new bank cards that were meant to be delivered to me but not a soul at FNB has contacted me regarding this matter.

Promised a call back each time I call but nothing transpires.
