ACCOUNT UP TO DATE BUT ADVISED OF MANUAL D/O
Good day. My loan accounts were 1 month in arrears. Today (30th September 2015) 2 sets of instalments were deducted in order to bring my account up to date. This was done via telephonic arrangement. To my surprise, I have just received an sms advising that my loan accounts are in arrears and that a manual debit order will be loaded. I do not understand why I am receiving this sms when the arrears has already been collected. I am now concerned that there will be further deductions.
