ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED

i went to the branch to close my account and by that time i was owing 303.00, i ask the lady Yolande o was helping me to deposit the money so that the account must be closed, and she said just because am open another account with fnb so they will transfer that amount to the new account, she tried to call other branch for some help and the were not answering, our agreement was to leave and she will keep on trying to cal them until the 1st of may where by i get my statement saying am owing 407 now, i went back to the branch again to sort this out and Lesego chauke was the one helping me this time, she also call for assistance and they told her that i must first pay that amount that am owing, i told her that am going to deposit that amount on the 25th, on the 26 i deposited the amount into my account and sent her an email around 8h30am requesting her to close my account, til today i didn't get any respond from her, by the loot of it is towards month end and they are going to change me again their service fee which am not gonna paying it because i went to the branch twice which seems like they cnt help me.
