ACCOUNT SUSSPENDED ON A MONTHLY BASIS

Every month my account gets suspended due to FICA and every month I have to go through a lengthy process to get my account active again.<br> <br> It is obvious FNB keeps has no intelligent manner in which they keep notes on a clients and how their account should be managed, except if they want to upgrade your account to a bigger package.<br> <br> I am at my wits end, every month I have to have debits bounce and people call me because FNB suspends my accounts, this is totally unacceptable, I cant go through this on a monthly basis<br> <br> This is officially my 6th just complaint against FNB on hellopeter regarding the same problem, is this in any way acceptable? Is this proof of your service excellence in which you pride yourselves in? Am I FNB's social experiment on how far you can push a client before they have a heart attack.<br> <br> EVERY MONTH I am embarrassed by FNB because they cant make a simple note on my profile that my FICA docs are all in order. <br> <br> How can you help me? - BY MAKING A SIMPLE NOTE ON MY PROFILE, If I entrust you with my money and you cant even get this right, maybe I am truly the fool here.<br> <br> I cannot believe out of the 40+ times I have submitted my docs, you have not gotten it right once
