Account suspension

I just received an email from hellopeter to rate the response from FNB regarding the resolution of account suspension. I want to tell you that I only received an email from FNB regarding suspension but nothing done practically. Most thing is that the complaint is against my personal account (documentary evidence has been provided) and my business account is suspended too without any complaint.
