I received an email from Prudence stating that the acc has been settled and written off as it was to be on the 25 March 2015. Then yesterday the 07 April 2015 I received an sms stating that the acc is over drawn and that I must make a payment. I need a written letter as this affects my credit recorder and no response has ben received.
