Account still frozen 10 days now even after fica docs sent same day requested

<p>So i get an sms referring to fica in regard to our business account with instructions to upload documents. </p> <p>I go onto FNB banking and after long period find the place but with no mention of what documents.</p> <p>A lady calls on 20 June but line is so bad she says she will email.</p> <p>She emails but at same time freezes account WITH NO PERIOD TO PRODUCE DOCS. HAD FNB TOLD ME WHAT WAS NEEDED. <br />I call auditors and have the single page requested document sent within a hour of email request.</p> <p>Two days later , nothing i go to branch , i wait hour 40 min while banker waiting on line for buisness banking !</p> <p>Only to be told they request more documents. We complete the documents at the bank and submit.</p> <p>I wait again until monday 27th June and receive another email for more documents ONCE AGAIN !!!!</p> <p>I submit the documents.</p> <p>Wed 29th June i once again go into the branch and they say all documents are in you just need to wait.</p> <p>It will be 2 hours to 24 hours ( 24 hours always been max period , LIES )</p> <p>Its now Thursday our business account is still Frozen ...10 Days Later ...WHO is gonna pay for our SARS penatiles as i can't release payment.</p> <p>Accounts need to be paid.</p> <p>WHY not request all the documents AT ONCE , PROVIDE a period to resolve the problem and not inconvience the customer.</p> <p>HIDDEN BANK AGENDA HERE !!!! UK LEAVE EU and this happens , I WONDER !!!!!</p>
