Account settled still showing that its with legal

I settle my two loans with FNB 2012 they still showing on my credit record called legal department which they adviced they have send through the request its now 2015 still battling to get this sorted. The consultant today said they dont clear both Experian and transunion when I asked why she said she does not know asked teamleader she then said the teamleader is not available I have never in my life thought I would rwcieve
