Account safety fast becoming an issue

On the 24th of July 2015 I lost my bank card and phone and later found out that whoever got the card used it to purchase from different stores and this left a huge financial dent on me. The most frustrating part of this experience is that FNB told me that it would take 21 working days to conclude the investigation. I have had numerous unpleasant experiences for the past months with FNB, money going off my account for purchases I did not make. I'm highly frustrated because the turnaround time is too much and there's not even cer*****y that I will be reimbursed. What's worse is that I have to keep calling to find out what the status of the dispute is...What's the use of them having my number :-( I'm definitely switching banks....
