Account restructure

I have recently discovered that an account that should have been restructured according to the contents of a Court Document filed two years ago has not transpired. I have been trying for over a month to get resolution on the matter but you relevant department has not responded to the many emails sent. I finally spoke to someone last week who said the matter was being investigated, and that they would escalate it to the team leaders to expedite the outcome. I am severely disappointed by the way this matter has been handled, and even more so by the fact that this issue has been going on for over two years! Had I not initiated questions, who knows if it would have ever been picked up, and how much more money would have been wasted due to the account in question not having been restructured?? It’s like you’re only interested in how long you can ***** me over, not actually helping (contrary to your “How can we help you?” pay-off line! Overall the experience has been absolutely disgraceful!
