Account restricted

I’ve received a email today from FNB regarding my business account being on hold due to the money coming in from different cilents . I’ve sent the documents that they’ve requested in the morning to provide evidence. Please kindly assist for my account recovery because I need to access the funds urgently

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to follow up regarding the recent hold placed on my FNB Zero Business Account (Sole Proprietor). I understand the account was flagged due to incoming payments from various clients, each using the reference “Infinity Prime Pay” – the name of my business group.

As a supplier operating a buy-and-sell business, I receive daily payments from multiple customers for goods ordered. All payments are legitimate and directly linked to my business activities, which I have explained and provided supporting invoices for.

I would like to kindly request the following:
1. Clarification on Account Limits:
I was under the impression that the maximum threshold for a Sole Proprietor FNB Zero Business Account is R1,000,000. My account has not received even half of that amount yet. Could you please clarify if this limit is daily, weekly, monthly, or annual?
2. Terms and Conditions:
If there are specific transactional volume or frequency rules that I should be aware of, kindly provide the full terms and conditions applicable to this account type. This will help ensure compliance moving forward.
3. Urgent Resolution Request:
My business operations are currently at a standstill, and clients are waiting for their orders. I would greatly appreciate an expedited review and resolution of the hold on my account so that I can continue serving my customers without further delays.
