ACCOUNT REINSTATEMENT

Good day,

We have been struggling with FNB for assistance to reinstate my brothers' bank account with FNB.

He is currently in Germany for studies and FNB has suspended/frozen his account and he has funds that need to be paid into the account.

We urgently need this to be resolved.

HE IS NOT ABLE TO FLY BACK TO SORT THIS OUT????

I honestly don't know how FNB can expect this of a client / maybe the people who have been "assisting" us have no idea what they are doing.
