Account reactivation

Im NOT currently happy with the service provided to date. I have followed up telephonically each week and keep being told the same thing, that this matter will be escalated and given a TAT of escalation being resolved. All required documents were sent through (a few times might i add) and desperately need for my business account to be up and running. This is an inconvenience to me and very frustrating. Can someone please assist urgently
