Account queries

I have app**** for my kids accounts it took for ever for me to reacieve the cards . now its the activation of the cards ,I called their customer line and I was told everything is ok . Their online service is wack everytime you ask for assistance they sending you to the branch or ask you to call which I did wasted my airtime for something that was not working.
