ACCOUNT PUT ON HOLED FOR FICA AFTER I TRIED RESOLVING IT!!!

I have been a Loyal FNB Customer since 1988. we have 4 Bussines Accounts and I have 2 Personal Accounts with them. Recently, I was told to FICA all my Accounts and I done some some months ago & specifically asked if anything is still required and they rep**** NO- I am no Fica'd I have received multiple Messages via SMS & Email during the last 2 weeks that I should Check that my Accounts are Fica'd or they put a certain account on hold. THat said, I phoned them Monday the 22nd May 2023 to check was was required & was told to email the latest CK docs to "***" wich I did. Since I got another THereatening email from them I phoned Tuesday & was told that I must wait for email from them with instructions what is required. This never Happened! I phoned Yesterday again & was told the very same thing but now the account is put on hold. We have Salaries going off & Rent to be paid but FNB doesnt Care. I am not very happy right now. I was Prommised Yesterday that someone will phone before end of bussines to help - of Cource this did not happen. SHAIME ON YOU FNB- THAT IS HOW YOU TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!!!

I just got this via SMS:
"FNB High Priority Complaint ref ***NF been sent to Customer Resolution Centre ***. A consultant will contact you within 24-48 business hours."

48Hours for a Bussines account being placed on hold while having to Pay Slaries!!!!!!

Eventually Sorted out,
But It Amazes me that we have to have so many Checks & Double Checks in Place!
Why was it necessary for me to resort to a Public Platform such as this for FNB to treat with the courtesy one would expect from being a Loyal Customer for more than 35 years?

Especially a Customer with 5 FNB Accounts.

It is sad that FNB does not have Checks in Place to Evaluate their own Attitude toward their most Loyal Asset, their Customers!

"Acquiring a new customer can cost five times more than retaining an existing customer. Increasing customer retention by 5% can increase profits from 25-95%. The success rate of selling to a customer you already have is 60-70%, while the success rate of selling to a new customer is 5-20%. "
