Account put on hold

I submitted all FICA documents to FNB for my trust account by the end of October 2014 and have not heard from FNB again only to find my account being put on hold today, six months later. After phoning the branch I was told to resubmit everything but when I ask what the problem is their system is either down or the person cannot access certain documents. <br> <br> FNB has lost the plot when it comes to FICA as it took me 30 minutes to FICA my account at Standard Bank. When I ask what/when must happen next I get answers like somebody will contact me. Definitely time to change banks.
