Account Pledged

I have a business account with FNB and I had an issue with one of our clients and he reported it as ***** and j have sent a conversation between the two of us to one of the ***** team members and he assured that they will hold the funds but I can still be able to access the funds from my other clients and now they have pledged my account and I still have funds which needs to get through.Still is so frustrating I'm closing my account with them.
