Account placed on hold without any notice

I opened a business account with FNB on 25 June 2018. After numerous emails I received an email saying that my account is now active and ready to use on 19 July 2018 (not as quickly or easy as FNB advertises).

I changed all my debit order details to the new account, but then I realised that none of the payments go through. After contacting various departments in FNB I was informed that a form (that was never requested), was outstanding and my account was put on a hard hold. No one has informed me. Now I cannot access my money and all my debit orders has failed.

I cannot get hold of the persons that is responsible to unhold my account and I have to stay on the line for hours. This is unacceptable.
