Account placed on hold with no feedback!!

My cheque account has been placed on hold!!! I have been trying to get answers on this case. My salary gets paid into my account and i cannot pay rent or anything so i would really like to get this resolved as soon as possible. This is very frustrating and i have had no feedback or info given to me. I cannot get anything resolved if i dont know whats going on.

Please can you assist as a matter of urgency? This is very unfair as like i said no one has notified or contacted me regarding this at all regarding this and its ny hard earned money that is being kept. I cannot access ny account at all and no one at the branch or email or phone can assist with any feedback or details regarding this!! This is unacceptable!!! Its already really hard with covid and holiday stress!!! I really need to get this sorted as a matter of URGENCY!!!
