Account placed on hold due to FICA requests which I have sent

<p>I get an sms two days stating that you require FICA docs and that the account will be placed in transactional hold. its the first time I see this message, but apparently a previous sms was sent. </p> <p>Anyway I send all required documents to the email that you gave me I also asked questions about your other unclear requests like "letter from auditor" but no detail about what it must state? </p> <p>Now at 5:53 22 June I get an sms saying that I have not comp**** and my account is going to be suspended. Now my business is going to stand still tomorrow. Please help!</p>
