Account placed on hold

Good evening FNB, my private wealth account has been hold for the past 5 days now. This has been the most frustrating week. I have been calling FNB tirelessly with no result. I have just been sent from piller to post. When I call I get given names on which to contact. when I do try make contact, there is no answer. I have tried calling Lesego, Beverly and Kholiwe. I have spent a lot of my time and money trying to get this matter resolved. Can my account please be opened.
