Account placed on hard hold

My account has been placed on "hard hold" due to the funds deposited from SARS. I visited the brach and I was told to contact SARS. I have been in contact with SARS and they say from their side the funds were paid. I then went in to the bank and the say I should wait for seven days. The 7 days has past. I logged an query by email to FNB. For which they rep**** by saying I should contact SARS. I then contacted them again. And they say its not crom their side. Last week i didnt recieve my salary as it get deposited to the account placed on hold. Am not unabld to continue with my day to day causd am not even able to access my salary.
