Account paid off but still reflects as active

I took out a personal loan with FNB and paid it off , however 2 months later after paying the account it still reflects as active. I called Transunion to inform them that the account was paid off and it should not be on my profile as active and I was informed that FNB needs to send them a notification that the account was paid off.

I called FNB and told them about this, they sent me a paid up letter and promised to sort the issue out. a month after this I logged on to my credit profile and the loan was still reflecting as active and I still "owed" 7k , I emailed FNB to sort this out and got No feedback . 2 months later after paying FNB off I still have issues with my report , I will never take a loan out with FNB ever again and I am in the process of finding another bank to bank with which is more efficient than FNB.

I am in a process of buying a home for my family but this is hindering the process as the 7k installment makes it seem that I have over commited myself, thanks for ruining my dream FNB!!! "How can we help you"??? you can help me by doing your JOBS
