account paid but still listed as bad payer

i had a loan with first national bank of which due to circumstances (loss of income ) i could not keep up with<br> the instalments . first national bank then optained a judgement against me and have been deducting the money from my salary for almost five years now and i am also paying another account via debit order <br> when i apply for vehicle finance i am shown a report on the credit bureu that my payments are not done and are behind with more than 9 months how can this be if it is deducted directly from my salary almost five years now they are very quick to list but do not update that there customers have paid every month via garnishee order now all applications i make are shot down because first national bank do not bother to update there records and now i can not buy anything
