Account Opening Taking 2 Months to open my account

I started a business account mid-August with FNB and provided all the necessary details. From that moment on I have regretted starting an account with them.<br> <br> I was told that I would receive an email requesting documents that I need to submit. The email did not come. i had to call again and finally received the email on 16 September. I supp**** the necessary documents and waited for correspondence.<br> <br> I called one week and was told that there was an internal error when processing my application and that they would escalate it and solve the issue.<br> <br> I called the following week and was told that nothing was escalated and that there were some documents that were not signed properly. Why was I not told this? I signed them properly and re-submitted.<br> <br> I called the following week again and was told by Boitumelo that she would escalate my application which she did after sending her the same documents that I had already sent. That was last week.<br> <br> I call again today and I am told that it was escalated but nothing has been done about it, so i log a complaint and ask for someone to call me. That was in the morning and I still have not had anyone call me back. I am done with FNB!<br>
