Account opening takes weeks?

I'm really disappointed with FNB. We've just started a business and I had heard good things about FNB supporting small businesses. So far, the experience has been anything but. I had to wait a week before I was contacted for my application, thereafter I have been sending documents as requested but it still seems I'm no closer to having an account opened. It's been weeks since I started this process and I can't understand how something can take so incredibly long. Is this the normal level of response?
