Account opening and service non existent

After registering a new company I recommended to the shareholders to use FNB for business banking. The complete set of documents was submitted to FNB almost a month ago. This includes signed company registration and FICA documents. A card was sent by courier to me and my identity again verified. I have been a FNB account holder for many years.
Upon discovering there were problems with online banking, I received a message that the account was on hold.
After numerous requests I found it it was apparently because FNB have not received any FICA information. I really don't know what they did with all the documentation I submitted. I have resubmitted this twice.
I do not get responses, was not informed of any outstanding documents.

It is unfortunate to see a bank that used to be so good regress so much in basic service delivery. Dealing with FNB almost gives you the same feeling as dealing with a National Government department. As a Chartered Accountant I used to motivate many clients to switch to FNB, but no more.

I am very disappointed.

You need to shape up FNB - you are not the only bank available. Do not abuse customer's loyalty.
