Account open without my concern

I request information with the account that was open without my concern, I've been sending emails to fnb consultant who can not answer my question. I've spoke to Lee-Roy, Charles,Patricia,Prudence,Xolani no one want to give me fnb CEO contact details and banking ombudsman detail. Can some one get back to me the details
