Account on minus which is an untrue reflection.

And FNB does again, and this time it is even worse. My account is on minus R7000. I have been charged for unpaid items more 5 times in one day. I tried contacting them but they are taking pillar to post. At the same time an amount of R2000 was mistakenly deposited into the account and I can’t reverse because of all this nonsense. I just need them to sort out this mess so that I pay them a correct amount because this -R7000 doesn’t make sense. Even the lady who was assisting me mentioned it before transferring to another department “where the where supposed to assist me” but did not ke phofu. And may you make sure this account is closed immediately after sorting issues. I want nothing to do with FNB. It’s a disgrace
