Account on holp for FICA without notification.
FNB froze account for FICA. Did not notify. Send sms with ref and nobody can assist. They had to log a ticket to solve the issue. It is now a week. Their response is they work on a lot of accounts. All my documents is in order. Just very poor service from FNB.
