Account on hold, want to pay back debt I owe but road block after road block, don't you want your money

Id like to let FNB know how pathetic their service has been. Also wanting to be transparent.

I have an overdraft which is 38500 in arrears, and a credit card which has been handed over of 17500. Just to make this clear I want to pay this money back but the overdraftFNB is making impossibleto let me do it.

I am not in South Africa and won't be for some time. I made contact with FNB and explained that I knew my account was dormant as well as that I owed them money. I spoke to a consultant on your on line app based service and explained that id like to put my salary into the account. In short I asked for assistance with the following.

Reactivate my account so my salary can get paid. Wasted its done and I will have access to it to do payment's, was told that the overdraft would immediately be taken...I said perfect im happy with that. The clearing of the 38500 overdraft would then be able to be clearer once in. Requested for a new card be delivered to my sister in law, which was done. Also arrange for power of attorney for my sister in law incase of the event I need help like this.

Apparently none of this was done, im assuming the power of attorney was not done based on zero other items actually truthfully being done as requested.

After some time I decided to check the status of my card as 10 days had passed and now word regarding delivery, again I contacted FNB via the on line app and was told sorry there is no card ordered, also my account was on hold not just dormant or whatever its call due to inactivity.

I was not contacted or emailed anything to say after this unfortunately whatever the agent did we found can't be done. Nothing I WANT to not only clear my debt but use the account. My salary is R275000 a month which will be going into my account monthly but even when I say I WANT to pay back my debt i get told tells I can call a number, I am unable to make international calls until I recieve my completed work visa or id have done this ages ago everything I say I can't make internationalcalls I get told to call a number in SA.......im confused as to what is not understood by I CANT make international calls. I have been told on two different occasions id recieve a call but nothing. Why is it so hard to pay back what you rightfully would like and that id like to pay back don't you want the money?????

I was told by your Facebook porthole on the 7th someone would call me on my international line......well lets say im STILL waiting.

The last 18 month has been financially crippling due to the fact I've not worked due to covid. But now I want to have access to my account and return what debt is rightfully yours but you make this impossible.

No replies or call back when I'm told I will, multiple times I get told the right department has been emailed they will get back to me.....I.started this on the 7th of August......im certain you can see the date when this was posted. Just let me pay you back then I will happily take my business else where and shut my account.
