Account on hold since Dec 2023 with no feedback from FNB

I wrote a complaint in the 08th December 2023 regarding my account which has been placed on hold by FNB since the 1st Dec 2023. To date, the account is still on hold, I have no idea as to what is happening. No one is keeping me updated. My salary is being paid into that account but I am not able to access any of it. I don't know how they are expecting me to survive all these months without an income and no feedback!! Very disappointed by this service.
