Account on Hold, John Volmink not reaching back

My FNB business account has been on hold for 3months now and for an unknown reason. I was told that I should contact John Voltmink and I did send emails and try contacting him since they said his the only one who can uplift it but still I can’t reach him nor his superiors Elfi and Leon dube.. even agents are dropping calls on me now,I’ve went to the branch more than 6 times now to try and resolve this and I’m not sure what to do at this point. I need my account back and if they willing to uplift this hold, I need the business money and I will go open another account on another bank because I can’t take this anymore
