ACCOUNT ON HOLD FROM MERCHANT SETTLEMENT

My business account has been put on hold for weeks now, an investigator came for an onsite visit, since then no follow up from them, i sent an email, no response. It’s very tiring because it was put on hold because of pos payouts(the payments had no issues). FNB had issues with it because of the amount, should i pray not to get wholesale orders ? No issues on customer’s side just fnb being fnb.
