Account on hold for unknown reason

My FNB Cheque Acc has a hold on it - I have no idea why and I am able to transfer money into the account but nothing out of the account nor able to make payments. The account is not in arrears! Please contact me urgently to rectify this! As when I phone I am placed on hold and it is taking all my airtime!
