Account on hold for not submitting tax number

I have opened a Share investor account earlier and since then I am unable to access the account, phoned FNB for the 4th time today, after holding for 10+ mintes I get through to a lady that tells me that I havent submitted my Tax number, I did when I opened the account. This is now the 3rd time this has happened, everytime I open an account they just freeze it until I phone and get told I have to submit my Tax number, I would almost like to tell FNB to shove the account where it does not belong, I am so fed up of this ****.
