Account on hold for no reason and no clear update.

My late estate account has a hold its been weeks with no clear update I've been going to fnb branches and been told to come back after 48 hours, when I return I'm being told the same thing again and again. I'm now getting tired of this they required proof of payment I did submit it but there is no improvement on my case I can't access my funds.
