Account on hold

My business account is on hold, I'm not sure why is it on hold.. I'm soo frustrated because some of my customers are still depositing money to that account and I'm unable to buy their stock and deliver now they're on my case. I called fnb and they said the invistigator by the name of Nation Rueben has put my account on hod they he did not even bother to inform me.. I need my account to be opened as soon as possible... Their direct office number is ***...please help it's month end I need to buy stock and deliver
