Account on hold due to sabotage,no help from FNB

Good day, I have been banking with FNB for two years with a business account, I have a facebook business page two years old with references, I have a business website and business emails. Every transaction made is from the business account is for our service offering which is business consulting, a week ago FNB Deviced to put hold on my account due to a ********** transaction that I've been told it's a Bitcoin investment transaction yet we don't and never did any sort of investment scheme.

FNB did not contact me regards to the hold of the account or ask for anything, I went to the bank and was never assisted, I called the ***** office and was never assisted.

Please put this info to the investigation officers so they may have clarity, it may be a case of a client that was not happy of our service and may have wanted to sabotage our service.
